Michelle Ockers is one of the most recognised voices in the L&D field, known for translating strategic thinking into real-world learning culture change. As Chief Learning Strategist at Learning Uncut, she works with organisations to build high-impact L&D functions that maximise the potential of their people. She is also the host of the Learning Uncut podcast, one of the most listened-to L&D series in the region, featuring practical case studies from practitioners around the world.
Laura Overton, Learning Changemaker, Learning Changemakers
Laura Overton is an award-winning learning analyst with 35 years of experience uncovering what actually works in learning innovation. Author of over 40 research reports, she founded Towards Maturity and led its landmark 15-year longitudinal study with thousands of L&D leaders worldwide. She is an Academic Fellow of the CIPD, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and the first woman to receive the Learning and Performance Institute’s Colin Corder Award for services to training. Since 2014, she has been consistently recognised as one of the most influential voices shaping global workplace learning.
