Adam is currently responsible for people data and analytics at Reece Group across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to returning to Australia in 2020 he worked for Merck Group in Germany delivering People Analytics and HR Innovation. Drawing upon a multi-disciplinary background in Psychology, IT, Epidemiology and Finance, Adam is an advocate of asking two questions in his work: 1. So What? & 2. Now What? He employs Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing to synthesise the complexity of modern companies so that organisations can embrace employee centricity in their decision making.
