Adam joined TAL in July 2015 in a newly created position of Head of Design, bringing with him a combination of both agency and corporate design experience.
Adam heads up a team of UX and CX Designers in TAL’s Sydney and Melbourne offices focussed on embedding design thinking and culture into the organisation. TAL has recently received International awards for their digital experience design.
Prior to joining TAL, Adam built a successful team of designers at Suncorp, working on the simplification of customer experience across 14 general insurance brands.
Before moving to Melbourne in 2011, Adam worked as the Creative Director of independent design agency Wiliam, creating awarding winning sites for Dan Murphy’s and Big W. He also led design at eBay Australia where he was a founding member of their US-based Global Experience and Design team. Before this, he was a Designer and Illustrator for Proximity London in the United Kingdom.
