Head of Insights, Data and Analytics


Alyssa joined Officeworks as the Head of Insights, Data and Analytics in May 2022. Prior to that, she spent 12 years in the convenience sector at 7-Eleven Australia where she lead the Insights Centre of Excellence.

Alyssa’s career has evolved thanks to a diverse range of roles within the marketing and customer experience domains of both analytics and consumer research which has enabled her to influence broader business strategies through the power of relevant insight.

At Officeworks, Alyssa’s team focuses on delivering value across the business through data and insights, leveraging significant investment in data platform technologies. She is passionate about driving customer centricity through placing the power of customer understanding into the hands of decision makers.
