Amanda has more than a decade of expansive experience across all areas of organisational development and human resources. She has led and contributed to strategy at big brands including National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Unilever, Ray White, The Coca-Cola Company and Kimberly Clark. Her work at Unilever saw them listed locally as Employer of Choice.  Amanda leads with curiosity, heart and has a passion for learning, and these qualities are distilled to those she works with.  She also has a creative side and in her spare time works on interior design and decorating jobs.
