Amanda is passionate about revealing how Expedia can continue giving customers the best travel experience possible. She manages the End to End Customer Experience feedback platform for Expedia Group. She has an MBA from the United Sates University of New Haven and over 10 years driving customer-centric practices and being the customer voice across multiple brands, countries and industries. Her principal role at Expedia is to connect feedback into the heart of the Expedia. Amanda leads across multiple teams as a connector breaking down technical, operational silos. She leverages innovative Customer ‘storytelling’ to drive strategic perspective globally while staying locally relevant.
