Amin Foda

Director – Marketing Infrastructure

Amin Foda is currently the Director of Marketing Infrastructure at Monash University in Australia; the function’s key mission is to harness technology and develop rich insights to support meaningful data-informed experiences for our audiences in line with university goals. He is responsible for driving major transformational change across the university and within the marketing division.

In his role, he is the key leader responsible for running the automation and personalisation program of the university, including all components of the journey in CX, UX, UI, data science and analysis, market research and intelligence, web and email, marketing technology, and data governance functions; managing a team of over 30 specialists and working closely with the CIO portfolio. Working with technologies such as Tealium CDP, Salesforce, Squiz, Microsoft Azure and others, he holds the responsibility to ensure seamless integration and achieving quality outcomes are incorporated in every deliverable.

Looking at the audience lens (both internal and external), Amin’s current role aims to eliminate silos in ways of working, structures, and processes, ensuring integration with all faculty and divisions to drive efficiencies and innovation across all engagement opportunities. He owns the data that informs marketing, recruitment, admissions, media and communications ROI and ROR for the division and the university.
