Amy Richards is the General Manager of People, Performance and Culture at Yarra Valley Water, where she leads the development and delivery of the “Better for Being Here” people strategy. She oversees key functions including performance management, safety, talent, diversity and inclusion, and HR operations, with a strong focus on fostering workplace wellbeing and high engagement across the organisation. Under her leadership, Yarra Valley Water has received national accolades for its hybrid work strategy and gender equality initiatives, and Richards was recognised among Australia’s top HR executives in the HRD Magazine 2024 Hot List. She also serves as a Non Executive Director for both Westernport Biosphere and Wombats Wish.
