Andy is the National Manager of Customer Experience at EML. He began his career as an Auditor before transitioning into intrapreneurial roles. With nearly 20 years’ experience in business innovation, Andy shapes the evolution of workplace culture and employee experience, facilitates the redesign of traditional business models and processes, and ensures that the customer’s voice is heard within transformation projects.

Most recently, Andy has been applying this customer-centric lens to EML’s workforce, processes and systems in support of the mutual’s purpose of helping people get their lives back from a workplace injury.
