Arun Pradhan is an experienced learning, innovation, and performance strategist. He was recognized by the AITD as Australia’s Learning Professional of the Year in 2017 and has developed a global reputation for his work in enabling learning agility and championing design thinking to co-design innovative performance solutions. He has broad experience in emerging technologies and is an unashamed geek when it comes to learning science, cognitive psychology, behavioral economics, marketing, and anything that provides insights into how people think, behave, and change.
Arun is the co-founder of ModelThinkers.com, a project dedicated to delivering the “big ideas from the big disciplines” to empower people to be smarter, faster, and, from January 2022, became the General Manager of Learning at ANZ, where he leads a talented team of over 50 people to deliver learning solutions to their global audience.
