Ben has worked across Contact Centres, Financial Services, Retail, Utilities and Telco, focusing on analytics, fraud analysis, machine learning, conversational AI, and is now leading the Digital, Analytics and AI team at NICE.

He is responsible for the customer and partner education, sales and growth of this world-class platform and team in ANZ and works closely with some of Australia‚Äôs most recognisable brands, as well as NICE’s brilliant partner network.

Ben has a genuine passion for solving business problems, is a collaborative, creative and system thinker, and enjoys relaxing with his puppy Monty, surfing or enjoying a whisky with friends.

He lives his life and career by one very simple but effective rule: “seek first to understand, and then you will be understood”.
