In a career spanning two decades in the Customer Contact Industry, Bill Kanellis has successfully managed Customer Sales, Service, and Retention Operations for both Australian and multinational corporations. In his current role as General Manager at Serco, Bill leads a team of over 1,250 staff, leveraging his extensive expertise from previous leadership positions, including Executive & Senior Contact Centre Leadership roles at Emirates Airline, amaysim, PTV and Australian Unity. His career also includes management roles at Stellar BPO (now Probe), utility company Energy Australia, and entertainment leader Foxtel.

Bill holds a degree in Psychology from Victoria University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from RMIT University. His professional interests encompass staff development & engagement, performance turnaround strategy, digital transformation, and leadership development. Passionate about cultivating positive & engaging work environments, Bill is committed to driving operational excellence in customer-centric organisations.
