He is passionate about building strong relationships and cultivating a healthy culture among teams so that providing an excellent customer experience becomes second nature. Blair is fascinated with delving into data in order to find unique win-win solutions to the most difficult situations and gaining organisational buy-in.
Outside of work, Blair is interested in environmental and sustainability concerns and solutions, technology, and anything that involves being out in the water or stepping out of his comfort zone whenever possible.
