Brad has 15 years experience as a strategic leader of world-leading brand marketing and communication, serving the entire customer journey. The first half of which was spent as an Account Man in advertising at agencies The Monkeys, Droga5 and Fallon, before Brad switched client side and spent the next 6 years in Brand Communications at Nike. During this time Brad drove Nike brand strategy, creative strategy, advertising and design, first in the European HQ in Amsterdam, and then in Global HQ in Portland where he led the Cannes Grand Prix and Emmy-winning brand platform You Can’t Stop Sport. Finally Brad became the Global Brand Narrative Director, working across the pinnacle of Nike product, innovation, purpose and athletes, to craft the overarching brand strategy and plan for Nike 2-4 years into the future. Like many long lost Aussie expats Brad found his way home with a young family in tow late 2020 and opted for a completely new challenge. Now the VP of Brand and Creative at Koala, Brad is proudly taking his big brand experience and using it to help grow one of Australia’s favourite startups into a household name in sleep and furniture design.
