Brigitte is a people and transformation leader with multi sector (local and global across resources, steel manufacturing, supply chain, NFP, financial services, airlines, consulting, FMCG & public sector) experience who is inspired through partnering and innovating with growth organisations to solve their most challenging and complex problems.
In a variety of executive HR, operational and consulting roles she has led end to end organisational transformations on everything from start-ups, shutdowns, turn arounds, mergers and acquisitions and technology/digital implementations to disrupting organisational systems with co-designed, human centric innovation.
Brigitte is particularly passionate about partnering with Boards, C-Suite and all leaders to build inclusive and high performing cultures where people feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work, through an essential sense of belonging and connection.
