Over the past 5 years. Candice has been instrumental in the introduction of customer-centricity at Harvey Norman. Her role focuses on establishing customer-focused capabilities from CX measurement, customer insights and customer experience strategy and design. A fierce advocate of the customer, she is known for her vivid stories of real and relatable customer experiences. In her spare time Candice Netball NSW umpire, and can be found most mornings scaling the walls at her local rock climbing gym.
