I have worked for IKEA for 20 years, starting my journey with the company in 2000.

Originally from Älmhult, Sweden the town where it all began for IKEA, my journey has taken me through working in Sweden, Italy and now most recently in Australia where I have been for the last 7 years.

My background within IKEA has primarily been working within the Customer Relations areas of the business, within our stores, contact centres, global projects, service business and now as the Country Customer Journey Leader.

I work in a cross functional way across the organisation, influencing key stakeholders to create the best possible customer experience across all our touch points and channels.
