Chris Walls

Chris is responsible for Sephora’s millions of customers across Asia; his teams cover all aspects of loyalty, customer service, and experience, analytics, and engagement across the global beauty retailer’s online and brick-and-mortar operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. 

Chris graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham in the UK. His 13-year career in using data to drive customer strategy and business decisions spans a range of industries including consumer finance, loyalty, retail, entertainment, and airlines.
