Chris is a customer strategy professional with a focused career working in, and consulting to, the financial services industry.  He currently leads the centralised analytics, insights and measurement team to develop and embed data-driven strategy across Member, Financial Advisor and Business markets. This includes multi-channel experiments, CX measurement, value proposition development, brand & market mix insights and facilitating an Insights & Innovation Forum to drive customer-focused initiatives through management of an ideas pipeline.
