Claire Macleod leads the Group Customer Insights & Research function at Woolworths. As part of her role, she works with multiple teams to design effective research getting at the heart of the business issue or opportunity, and ensures that insights are disseminated, understood & actioned.  As well as leading & coaching her team, she also leads the Woolworths Group Customer Community – a group of 60+ Insights, Analysts and other customer obsessed team members who regularly meet to learn and share ideas & knowledge. Before joining Woolies, Claire headed up Customer Insights at Stockland and has also worked agency side, both in Australia and UK. Claire has a particular passion for brand insights & strategy, ethnographic research, segmentation and research topics that lend themselves to using multiple methodologies or data sources to tell a more complete, richer or robust story.
