Craig Lauchlan has over 20-years’ experience in the project, program and transformation domain. Primarily working in the technology and finance sector in NZ and Australia, Craig has worked as a technology leader for CBA for 10-years and for the past 18-months as the General Manager of the Customer Experience Transformation program (CXT) for AGL.
With a widely regarded track record in delivering customer-driven outcomes, Craig is a catalyst for cultural and operational change that optimizes customer and employee experiences for competitive advantage. The CXT program is a $272m, 3-year transformation program driving customer centricity and digitization of the retailing business for AGL. The program has circa 600 people working in a scaled agile framework and is continuously delivering change to the market. In addition to digitizing the business and providing new digital experiences for customers, Craig is responsible for governing the portfolio of work for Customer Markets and driving innovative ways of working leveraging Agile, Design Thinking and Lean techniques.
