Daniel Kimber is the CEO and Co-Founder of Brainfish, a revolutionary AI-first search platform designed to optimise the delivery of self-service customer support. Daniel’s passion for technology, AI, the future of work, and design is tangible in his progressive work with Brainfish, as well as in his customer experience focused career in the tech industry.
With a wealth of experience in product management, Daniel has a knack for leading highly efficient and dynamic teams. Prior to Brainfish, he served as a Product Manager at a variety of Australian startups and scale ups.
Daniel kick-started his career at SiteMinder, the global hotel industry’s leading guest acquisition platform, where he moved through customer-centric roles – starting from Service Desk Analyst to Quality Engineer and landing on Product Manager.
He studied a Bachelor of Information Systems, Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of New South Wales.
