Darlene is a global leader in the market with a reputation for developing highly effective leadership, management, people development and cultural change platforms and strategies which have added substantive value in a diverse range of large organisations locally and globally.

With experience in the property, technology, security services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, and the industrial sectors I have a track record of success in driving transformation and growth whilst engendering engagement and inspiring behavioral change at all levels. Darlene has exceptional experience and talent for business re-engineering; developing and delivering leading-edge strategies in all aspects of Operations, Sales, People and Organisation Design, and sustainable Culture change.

Key successes have included delivery of multi-award-winning commercial business initiatives including the Fuji Oceania transformation in a compressed period, a JV with Telstra for integrated technology solutions as well as an Indigenous Organisation for Government procurement and all have been underpinned by people engagement, risk management, and commercially realised benefits. Recently during the COVID-19 pandemic, Darlene designed and delivered an Organisation Change strategy that saw 4.2 million dollar savings for realisation in FY21, increased engagement scores through turbulent times, and an organisation geared to post COVID recovery success and growth. Driving leadership outcomes, Darlene has consulted at the Group level across 3 continents over the past 20 years in listed multinationals. Darlene has held Global Chair positions, has been a Regional Director, a University lecturer of Masters in International Business and HR at UTS, and has driven growth strategies through enhanced brand recognition, sales as well as new go-to-market campaigns and channels. All have resulted in sustainable growth and high-performance cultures.
