David Doyle is the Director of Personalised Passenger Experience for Lufthansa Group. In this role, he is responsible for the design and implementation of a truly personalised individual customer experience and interaction management for all of Lufthansa’s customers. With growing digitalization of all of the Lufthansa Customer Touchpoints, David is focused on meeting the ever-changing customer needs and integrating the airlines understanding of the customer into the digital and personal interactions. David has previously managed other large projects in the Lufthansa Group and was formerly with Jetstar Airways, part of the Qantas Group, in Australia and Asia.
