Director of Guest Experience


Throughout her 22 years with Accor Di has excelled in many challenging roles across 15 Accor Hotels including General Manager for the Grand Mercure and Ibis Hotels Darling Harbour, before moving to Corporate Office in 2011 to establish a dedicated Guest Experience Department.

In her role as Director of Guest Experience Di was integral in the development and implementation of Accor’s service philosophy “Heartist” which has had a significant impact on Accor Hotel’s guest experience metrics.

Di has been recognised for her contribution to Accor receiving a Gold Bernache in 2013, the highest accolade for Accor Hotels globally
