He is the Executive Director of Melbourne Business School’s Centre for Sustainability and Business, holds a PhD in the role of nature in unlocking human potential and is a former Director with KPMG where he led several teams. Gary is a recognised expert in the influence of nature on human decisions, desires and emotions; and the relevance of this to the future of work. In 2017, he founded ‘The Nature Of’, a leading advisory and research firm in this space and regularly speaks in Australia and overseas on The Nature Of Work, The Nature Of Leadership, The Nature Of Prisons, The Nature Of Healthcare and occasionally The Nature Of Everything.
