She is responsible for feeding into the business strategy across the five brands (Country Road, Trenery, Witchery, Politix and Mimco) and manages the team delivering insights and analytics for the group, ensuring all insights shared are business relevant and outcomes focused.
Emily’s experience oscillates between insights, strategy & planning and creative development & execution, so is as adept at exploring long-term strategy as she is providing short-term tactics. Emily excels in the development of strong stakeholder relationships to drive business transformation.
