Eva’s passions for finding the right solutions for business challenges can be tracked back to when she was still little, always curious and determined to find an answer or solution to her many questions and ideas.Not that much has changed since then, there is still a real desire to understand the root-cause of whatever needs solving, connecting it with the business strategy and engaging the right teams along the way to make initiatives sustainable.

Eva has over 15 years’ experience in Organisational Development, predominantly in FMCG organisations as well as hospitality and most recently in the lifestyle/fashion industry. She has extensive experience in strategic business partnering, culture transformation, leadership and learning, talent management, engagement and diversity and inclusion within large global complex organisations.

As the Head of People Experience at Country Road Group, she can live her passion for creating a growth culture, people-first experiences and all things talent development. She leads Country Road Group’s culture evolution with the aim of deliberately shaping CRG’s culture to maximise the potential of every team member in the pursuit of our ambition to become the most admired lifestyle House of Brands. This project touches all team members through our enablers of leadership, organisational capability, onboarding, diversity & wellbeing and ways of working.
