Gemma is the Head of Performance and Growth at Deakin University. In her role, she is responsible for the successful achievement of the university’s domestic enrolment targets. She leads the data-driven marketing and advertising disciplines inclusive of personalisation, media strategy and in-house buying, analytics, marketing automation and CRM.
Gemma’s work has been highly awarded, and in 2016 she was the recipient of B&T’s 30 under 30 Grand Prix.
