Haimee Code is the Head of Customer Success for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions business in Australia and New Zealand. Over the past 11 years, Haimee had the opportunity to build the foundations of the Customer Success team at LinkedIn Australia and experience the evolution of helping customers define value through the way they leverage LinkedIn to plan, hire and develop talent.
She is passionate about the customer and helping them realise their goals around the future of work, optimising their ways of working and inspiring teams to succeed. Prior to LinkedIn, Haimee has held a variety of roles in consulting, Learning and Development, education and coaching. Outside her professional life, she is a mum of two gorgeous daughters who keep her grounded and remind her how to have fun, stay patient and let her imagination run wild.
