Hasanthi is currently working as People Analytics & Insights Lead at Tabcorp. Prior to Tabcorp, she was at ANZ for 9 years, where she worked in various reporting & analytics roles in P&C as well as in cross functional teams, to introduce business intelligence (BI) solutions to various operational issues.

Hasanthi is keen to build a solid, accurate and reliable base of people data for business stakeholders to self-serve and improve data-led decision making. She is a keen advocate of automation and process improvement. Currently she is also exploring opportunities to use machine learning and predictive analytics to build models, to understand business issues and provide proactive solutions.
