Helen is a customer experience professional with a career laser-focused on supporting organisations to deliver better products, services and ultimately outcomes for their customers.  She currently leads the Enterprise Insights function at icare using the voice of the customer to advocate for a truly customer-led approach to decision making and helps to ensure that continuous improvement activity delivers on its promise.
