Ian has been in analytics & insights since 2005, gaining experience across FMCG, Finance, Loyalty and NGO industries. Originally from the UK, Ian began in credit risk creating scorecards and has since gone on to build data-driven solutions for arrears, workforce planning, customer fulfilment and marketing.

At World Vision, Ian has led an overhaul of their analytics and insights function. This has enabled World Vision to leverage their CRM, supporter insights and advanced analytics solutions to deliver timely and personalised content to their supporters.
