An industry leader with over 20 years’ experience. Imogen is passionate about the opportunities the industry presents and the influence it holds. She has spent her career watching, learning and poking around in full service, media and creative agencies both in Australia and South East Asia. She is both an awarded strategist and an established people leader being listed on the Women in Media Power list every year since 2017.

Imogen joined Spark Foundry as CEO in 2020 aligning the culture post-merger and modernising the agency’s product. Under her leadership the agency doubled in size and achieved top 5 status in staff happiness levels in all markets within 2 years.
