Ingrid is responsible for driving high performance, developing Talent and creating inclusive cultures, and has a solid understanding of how People & Culture teams can partner effectively to achieve business strategy and results.
Ingrid’s passion is developing leadership capability and coaching others, driving cultural change and enabling careers. Prior to her role in commercial property, Ingrid spent twenty years in talent and learning roles within the airline and travel industries, financial services and fast moving consumer goods.
