Starting his career in customer service, James has always kept the customer at the forefront of every interaction. With a foundation in front and back-office experiences, James has a unique perspective that allows him to support clients by navigating through a solution’s technology and service experience elements to solve strategic objectives.

James leads service strategies for Datacom, including sales operations, business development, marketing, and commercialisation of services. He believes that the nirvana of customer service is proactive customer service, where we design solutions to identify and resolve problems before they impact the customer. James is a vital part of the business that employs over 2,000 people and delivers CX services at scale to support more than ten million customer conversations each year for government departments and organisations in Australia and New Zealand.
