Jan Roden is a people strategist with over 25 years experience leading multi-disciplined People & Culture teams across large blue-chip Australian organisations in the finance, consulting and resource sectors.

Her work is all about lifting performance, shifting mindsets, building capability and inclusive cultures to accelerate delivery of business outcomes. She does this through smart design and facilitation of people initiatives to unlock the full potential of leaders and by harnessing the best of talent and teamwork to deliver organisation strategy.

Jan is currently Head of Organisational Development and Learning at Endeavour Energy and is responsible for the design and delivery of the People & Culture Strategy. Her team manages a program portfolio spanning Employer Brand and Culture, Leadership & Talent, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Inclusion & Diversity, Workplace Giving & Volunteering.

She holds a Bachelor of Economics, Diploma of Education, Diploma of Superannuation and Master of Business (Organisational Change and Development).
