Jessica Redman is the People and Culture Manager for international health partner, the nib Group. Jessica leads a team of specialists to deliver engaging and high-quality initiatives to a fast-paced and evolving business, focussed on improving capability, enhancing performance, and creating a growth culture. Jessica completed her Masters of Business Administration with Distinction at Newcastle University in 2019, is a Women in MBA (WiMBA) scholar, and currently sits on the University of Newcastle MBA Advisory Board. Jessica is currently learning to balance work, family life with a determined and curious toddler, and further study as she navigates her first year as a working parent.
