With a career spanning over 15+ years, Jo McAlister is a market leader with experience in helping brands navigate linear media and digital platforms. Passionate and driven, she has taken unique and creative approaches to delivering campaigns that stand out from the rest.
Having worked at Foxtel, SBS and Seven – Jo is now currently the Sydney, Managing Director at Initiative.
Always taking time to mentoring young women within the agency, Jo was also part of the leadership team at Initiative, that helped the agency
taking out the No1. Agency for RECMA’s Vitality Index and the Australian Workplace Equality Index Small Employer of the Year.
Outside of work, Jo is a B&T Women in Media 2022 finalist (Executive leader) and on the selection panel for the Marketing Academy Australia
