Joseph Tan currently serves as the Head of Analytics, Insights & Marketing Technology for World Vision Australia.
He has a decade of experience in the technology & data space across the Superannuation, Banking and Not for Profit sectors. He has worked on a range of projects focusing on leveraging technology & data to enable and empower key business functions ranging from Marketing, Compliance, Operation, Digital and Customer Growth. A large part of his roles is to drive business value across the strategic implementation of Data, Marketing Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
Joseph has completed post graduate and graduate studies in engineering from Monash University. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family and friends. He enjoys reading and engaging with sports, particularly soccer to relax.
