Jude Batrac
People and Culture Director - DEI and Employee Experience
Coca-Cola
Jude’s career spans a diverse range of sectors across Germany, the UK and Australia. She is highly skilled in developing insight-led strategic solutions for people engagement and is currently the People & Culture Director for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Coca-Cola.
Her remit is the ASEAN & South Pacific region with employees across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and Thailand.
Prior to Coca-Cola Jude led across a variety of industries, ranging from Hospitality Group Merivale to News Corp, from the Sydney Opera House to MTV. Jude’s career highlights include a national pilot to improve gender equity, called the ‘Relaunch Project’; She led the initiative on behalf of Google and Women in Media Industry body to increase the number of women in senior leadership in media. The six-month program, which is now in its third year, was targeted at women who had taken a career break and not only empowered the participants but challenged industry bias on age.
More recently she had the privilege to curate Coca-Cola’s first global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit, as part of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup™ – which focussed on driving gender equity beyond the field in the workplace. Jude also designed Coke’s now globally adapted Psychological Safety Program for people leaders – the area of inclusion that she is most passionate about. As a big believer of outside-in thinking Jude is the founder of an industry agnostic female networking initiative called “Table of Thought” a safe space for senior female leaders to unpack workplace challenges & opportunities leveraging the collective wisdom of the group.
Jude’s proudest achievement to date is raising her daughters Quinn & Parker.
