Julia is an international business-growth consultant, masterclass facilitator, keynote speaker, mentor and executive coach. For over 20 years she has advised hundreds of agency CEOs (and their leadership teams) around the world to win more business from current and future clients – without relying on pitching.
She strategically engineers New Business Mastery into agency clients’ businesses across the globe, helping them to fast track their growth, enhance their leadership, and improve performance so they are ‘fit for scale’.
She is a regular Keynote Speaker & Moderator at Mumbrella360 and is one of the few to have her M360 sessions topics selected every year for the past 8 years (since 2015).
Julia is passionate about sharing experience and wisdom from consulting globally to the marketing and advertising industries. She is often asked to deliver conference keynotes that focus on how improving commercial rigour, leadership and innovation fill the pipeline, while driving business growth, diversification, and profitability.
Julia founded New Business Methodology after relocating to Sydney from Manhattan. She’s a native of San Francisco’s Silicon Valley, an Alumni of Aiglon College, Switzerland and Miami Ad School Atlanta @ Portfolio Center. She danced regularly with RuPaul in Atlanta, before running away with the gypsies to become an actress, then running away again to join a New York management consultancy.
