Julie Catanach is a senior financial services executive who has managed a highly diverse career with roles spanning across human resources , strategy, risk and financial markets. Currently the Head of Leadership, Talent and Learning for the Suncorp Group, Julie is passionate about helping both organisations and individuals to develop the capabilities that will ensure ongoing success in a world of increasing automation and digital transformation. Julie’s previous roles include Executive Manager People Experience for the Claims Division at Suncorp, Global Head of Learning Services at ANZ, and Head of Strategy and Change – Financial Markets for NAB. Julie has a B.Business from Monash and a Masters of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
In addition to her Suncorp role Julie has been Deputy-Chair of the Korowa Anglican Girls School Board and a former Non-Executive member of the Environment Protection Authority Victoria.
