Kanella is currently the Group Head of People Data & Analytics for QBE however with over 12 years’ experience across a broad range of roles focused on analytics and data strategy in the financial and health services sector. She has led global teams to deliver insights through data, create global reporting experiences, experiment with advanced analytics techniques whilst ensuring foundations are underpinned by data management. Kanella’s role has extended to include the development and delivery of QBE’s strategy for Continuous Listening utilising new technology to create and deliver Employee Voice as well as the accountability for implementing global Workforce Planning and Strategic Workforce Planning technology and processes.
