Karen Nelson has over 20 years of experience as a behavioural change specialist across a diverse range of industries. She has experience in the successful delivery of large-scale change initiatives and has worked on multiple transformation programs within Suncorp over the last seven years. Most recently, Karen has applied her passion for employee engagement as a foundation member in the Customer Culture team at Suncorp, supporting the organisation through its transformation into the 21st Century, customer-centric business. Karen is passionate about enabling people to live a life of meaning and purpose, particularly while they’re at work!
