Kathy Tingate is the Tribe Performance Lead for Grow to Perform at ANZ Bank. In this role, Kathy is responsible for strategically planning for and delivering employee outcomes aligned to business needs across Learning, Performance, Leadership and Culture. Prior to joining ANZ, Kathy was HR Director Microsoft APAC where she was responsible for leading Talent Management and Learning & Development for the APAC region.
An established HR Leader, Kathy’s forte is enabling businesses achieve real outcomes though innovative people strategies. Kathy has over 20 years experience across industries and geographies including financial services, technology and professional services in Australia and Asia. A thought leader, Kathy has led transformation initiatives for businesses including leadership and cultural transformation, new ways of working, talent development and learning strategy.
