Katrina is Head of Customer Experience at Australian Red Cross, where she leads a program to embed customer insight into the design of products, services and support. A CX and human centred design practitioner and leader, she previously held roles at the NBN (most recently as General Manager CX), and prior, at Amway Corporate as Business Innovations Specialist. With experience across research, insights, embedding CX mindsets and end-to-end service design, Katrina is a passionate champion for the customer; sharing their stories and designing from the opportunities they present.
