Kerrie has a passion for coaching and volunteers her time to coach leaders in a not for program leadership program. Kerrie aims to take a practical and commercial approach to learning and development, focusing on the learner experience, the value the programs deliver to the business and alignment to key business priorities. Kerrie is always curious to learn about new approaches to learning design and create more engaging learner experiences.
