Kirillee Mahon is an accomplished Contact Centre manager with 8yrs years of experience in Health Insurance. Known for her commitment to nurturing and growth leading to consistently delivering customer, people and performance outcomes.

Currently serving as Contact Centre manager at Bupa, Kirillee oversees Bupa retention and General Insurance contact centre teams, responsible to ensuring providing an optimum customer experience. She is dedicated building life-long loyalty with customers and team members through exceptional customer experiences and value.

Prior to Bupa, Kirillee Mahon worked for GE for 17yrs holding a range of leaderships roles from Branch Manager to Area Manager. Kirillee was able to lead teams to achieve high performance results, develop leadership programs and lead team through significant change.

Kirillee Mahon is deeply passionate about fostering the growth and development of both customers and employees alike.
