My name is Kjetil Undhjem (Steve’o being my Aussie nickname), and I’m born and bred in Norway. I’m married to Liv, and we have a wonderful daughter – Synnoeve (her nickname is Sunny J) – who started at Monash this year. Then there is Prego to complete the family – a highly curious and energetic English Setter.

I have a 27 year long career so far, spanning three sectors (Brand consultancy, Oil & Gas, FMCG), five countries (Norway, Sweden, UK, Switzerland and Australia), and nine different assignments. My drivers at work are team first, brand fame and business results.

My education is from Norway (BSc) and the US (MBA). As well I’m holding the rank of Sergeant in the Norwegian Army (retired J)

Down-time is important : Running, hiking, skiing, classical music

Footy team : Collingwood (yes, I know, but you’ll get it when you see my dog ..)

Fun fact : I had 13 years as summer intern in a bank
